Explanation of Services

Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet needs more time then you scheduled, Cozy Comforts Pets & More reserves the right to add excess time as needed and bill to you. Indoor watering and mail/newspaper pickup are included in visit price. More difficult tasks are $3-$6 extra per 15 minutes.

Initial Booking Consultation/"Meet & Greet"                 30-90 minutes
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

Extended Visit             Minimum 40-45 Minutes
Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs.

Regular Visit             Minimum 25-30 Minutes
Our second most popular choice. Good for multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require between 2-4 visits per day. Cats are best with minimum 1 visit per day.

Value Visit             Minimum 15-20 Minutes
Short visit can be used as a quick turnout or potty break, litter box cleaning, easy keeper care, or even a 3rd daily feeding.

Drop In                    3 Minutes or less
Shortest visit, drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.

Overnight               12 hours, typically 9pm-9am
Our most popular choice as this is the best value! With an overnight visit, it also includes 2 day time visits for no additional charge. It gives your fur-babies an overnight companion as well as offers home security.

Caged Critter Care             Minimum 15-25 Minutes
Clean cage. Fresh food & water. Over-all “Safe-Being” Check Up.

Important Terms
Payment is due before or day of service start

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit/debit, or PayPal. NO CHECKS!

A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service, before each service start, included with our contract.

Cozy Comforts Pets & More Refund Policy: If Cancellations occur more than 8 days before service date, 50% of service total will be refunded via Cozy Comforts Pets Bucks only. If canceled 7 days or closer to service date, payment will be forfeited in full and future bookings will require payment in full to reserve your service dates. We do this because we block time off of our schedule to provide services to you which us allow us to not book any other service dates during that time period.
